Please allow 2-5 business days for us to create your product and fulfill your order. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Once your item is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.

Our apparel is created with the latest in DTG garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

The fixation agent (pre-treatment) applied during the printing process will sometimes leave a slight odor on the products you receive. Luckily this is a temporary issue and once your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and/or a wash cycle.

You may also notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains, they are a part of the printing process and will wash off after the first wash cycle. If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Orders may be cancelled if they have NOT entered into the printing process. 

Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally.

All of our products are handmade at the time of your order.

Therefore, all sales are final and not subject to return or exchange.

The only exception to the above rule is under the following conditions:  Your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped.

In the unlikely case you receive a damaged or wrong item please email us or use the contact form within 7 days to correct the issue.

Exchanges are not available due to customer error. Please review the size guide in the product description to ensure you select the correct size.

Exchanges are available in only the following cases: 

* The item received is different in terms of style, color, size than the order placed.

*The product has arrived in a damaged condition

If the package is returned to our shipping facility we will notify you.

The order will be held for 14 days and you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
